The Challenges
One of the key challenges is developing a design that encourages community relations while maintaining effective building management. Traditional methods such as bulletin boards, emails, or physical meetings often fail to reach all tenants efficiently, resulting in a lack of awareness regarding community events, updates, and important announcements.

IDEATION
The Solution
1. User Profiles: Personalized profiles containing information about tenants and families can facilitate matches and conversation topics between users.
2. Communication Channels: Users should be able to share updates, messages, and participate in discussions. There is a need to separate official announcements from casual conversations between tenants.
3. Community Engagement: The app should offer features that promote community engagement, such as event calendars, RSVP functionality, and community forums. This allows residents to connect, plan activities, and participate in social events.
4. Maintenance Requests: Tenants should be able to submit maintenance requests through the app.
